From day one, we’ve made it our mission to hire real people who’ve faced barriers in the job market, like mature Australians who’ve often found it tough to get a foot in the door or people coming from long-term unemployment who have relied on welfare for support. And, every member of our crew is directly employed, not contracted out, and paid above the Cleaning Services Award minimum wage.
