We didn’t start a cleaning company just to polish desks and vacuum floors. We started EarthWize to prove that business can be a force for good. And, that the people cleaning your spaces deserve as much respect as the people working in them. Our approach is simple: we empower good people with good jobs and good pay, and deliver reliable, responsible, and ridiculously good cleaning that leaves a positive impact on our planet.

We firmly believe that cleaning jobs should be fair and actually worth showing up for. From day one, we’ve made it our mission to hire real people who’ve faced barriers in the job market, like mature Australians who’ve often found it tough to get a foot in the door or people coming from long-term unemployment who have relied on welfare for support. And, every member of our crew is directly employed, not contracted out, and paid above the Cleaning Services Award minimum wage. 

We also invest in continuous learning and development, with our team undergoing training on a range of impact-related topics.

And by installing an on-site machine at your space (we cover the cost of the equipment, you just handle the plumbing), we can create this cleaning solution on-site. This means no transporting litres of chemical cocktails in plastic containers, saving water, cutting down on transportation emissions, and — most importantly — keeping toxins out of our waterways.
