  • Let us spill the beans: we use Tersano SAO (Stabilised Aqueous Ozone) technology. Basically, it's a system that converts ordinary water into a powerful cleaning and sanitising solution. No harsh chemicals needed. 

    • Oxygen to Ozone: A device pulls oxygen (O₂) from the air and uses energy to add a third oxygen atom, creating ozone (O₃).

    • Infusion: This ozone is then infused into ordinary, cold tap water.

    • Stabilisation: The key is “stabilisation,” which prevents the ozone from immediately separating, making the solution last longer for practical cleaning.

    • Cleaning Action: The SAO solution is sprayed onto surfaces; the extra oxygen atom in ozone oxidises and destroys contaminants like germs, mould and stains.

    • Reversion: After cleaning, the ozone naturally breaks down, returning to harmless water (H₂O) and oxygen (O₂).

In fact, over time, you might even save money because we're not constantly buying (and you're not constantly exposed to) nasty chemical products that need replacing. It's better for people, better for the planet, and it doesn't cost you a cent more than traditional cleaning would. Win-win-win.

  • Nope, sorry! We focus exclusively on commercial office spaces in and around Melbourne. It's not that we don't love a good home clean, but our business model, equipment, and team are all built around supporting businesses. Plus, keeping our focus tight means we can do what we do really, really well.

  • Only for existing clients. Here's why: our business model is built on creating stable, ongoing employment for our team. One-off jobs don't give our cleaners the consistent hours they need to build real financial security. If you're already a client and need an extra deep clean before a big event or after renovations, we're absolutely there for you. If you're not yet working with us, we'd love to talk about an ongoing partnership instead.

  • We require a minimum of 3 cleaning visits per week. That's the baseline that makes it possible to provide steady employment to our team and deliver the consistent quality you'd expect. If your space genuinely doesn't need that level of service, we're probably not the right fit, and that's okay! We'd rather be upfront than overpromise.

We'll have a chat about your needs, arrange a site visit to understand your space, and then put together a quote that's tailored to what you actually need, not some cookie-cutter package. If you're happy with the quote, we'll sort out the contract details and get you scheduled. The whole process is pretty straightforward, and we're here to answer questions every step of the way.

  • Nope! We bring everything we need: equipment, supplies, the works. All you need to provide is access to a secure space to store our equipment. We've got the rest covered.

  • We’re flexible and work around what makes the most sense for your business. Many of our clients prefer after-hours cleaning to minimise noise and disruption while their teams are working. That said, if daytime or business-hours cleaning works better for your site, we’re more than happy to accommodate. We tailor every schedule to suit how your workplace operates.

  • We can, but it needs to be negotiated before your service starts. Weekend cleaning isn't included in our standard contracts, but if that's when you need us, we'll work it into your agreement from the beginning. Just let us know upfront so we can plan properly.

  • Public holiday cleaning isn't included in standard contracts, but we can absolutely provide it on request; it just comes at a higher rate to fairly compensate our team for working holidays. If you know you'll need public holiday coverage regularly, we can build that into your contract. Otherwise, just give us a heads-up when you need it, and we'll sort it out.

  • Absolutely not. This is non-negotiable for us. The commercial cleaning industry has a nasty habit of exploiting workers through dodgy subcontracting arrangements, and we refuse to be part of that (actually, this is one of the main reasons why EarthWize was created). Every cleaner is our direct employee. We handle their wages, their super, their leave entitlements, the whole lot. It costs us more, but it's the right thing to do. Plus, it means you get consistency, accountability, and cleaners who actually give a damn about doing good work.

  • If you're within a 25km radius of Melbourne CBD, probably! We cover most of Greater Melbourne, but we'll confirm during the quoting process to make sure we can service your specific location reliably. If you're on the edge of our range, we'll be upfront about whether it makes sense for both of us.

  • Yep. But don't worry—it's not one of those 'sign your life away' situations. We negotiate contract terms with you to make sure both parties are comfortable. Our contracts include probation clauses so you can test us out, and clear termination clauses that protect both you and us. Everything's transparent, and we won't lock you into anything that doesn't feel right.

  • Honestly? It depends on what you need. Our pricing is based on your specific requirements, like how big your space is, what tasks you need done, how often you need service, and how many hours that all takes. We then factor in what we pay our people (above award wages, always), plus our setup and operational costs. We're not the cheapest option out there, and we won't pretend to be. But don’t confuse cheap with good value. We will actually perform all the tasks you ask for, rather than providing you with say 60% of what was promised!. We're upfront about pricing, and we'll give you a detailed quote before you commit to anything. What you're paying for is ethical employment, consistent quality, and cleaning that doesn't poison your team.
